Membership in The Dallas/Fort Worth Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis Support Group is free. In
order to join the group, please provide us with the information below. We will add you to the group
membership distribution list so that you will receive periodic announcements concerning meetings
and other events. We do not release any personal member information to third parties.

NOTE: If you are not a member of the National Psoriasis Foundation ("Foundation") we strongly
urge you to join the Foundation. Please visit the Foundation's web site at www.psoriasis.org to join.
The Dallas/Fort Worth Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis Support Group strongly supports the
Foundation and it's various outreach efforts. The Foundation is at the forefront in providing vitally
important patient information and research funding into the causes and treatments for psoriasis
and psoriatic arthritis. We encourage anyone affected by psoriasis and/or psoriatic arthritis to
become an active member of the National Psoriasis Foundation.
