Support Group History
The Dallas/Forth Worth Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis Support Group was
formed in July 2003 and held it's first meeting in September of 2003. The Group
became directly affiliated with the National Psoriasis Foundation
(www.psoriasis.org) as of January 2005.
The group strongly supports the National Psoriasis Foundation ("Foundation")
and it's various outreach efforts. The Foundation has provided consulting support
in the formation of the group. The Foundation is at the forefront in providing
vitally important patient information and research funding into the causes and
treatments for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.
